Recovering delivery of a clinical mobile ordering platform for Enovis, used by clinicians to prescribe and manage leg brace provision.

Enovis operates a mobile ordering platform used by clinicians to prescribe and manage leg brace provision across multiple manufacturers. The platform had become operationally critical, supporting day-to-day clinical workflows where delays or errors directly affected patient care.
We were engaged to recover delivery, restore confidence in the system, and ensure the platform could operate reliably under sustained, real-world clinical use.
Situation and context
The existing ordering process was fragmented and time-consuming, requiring clinicians to interact with multiple suppliers, reconcile product information manually, and track orders across disconnected systems. As usage increased, this introduced friction, delay, and risk into already time-constrained clinical environments.
The platform required clearer ownership, dependable performance, and predictable behaviour to support clinicians without adding operational overhead.
We assumed responsibility for recovering delivery of the platform, addressing gaps in reliability, flow control, and order tracking. Clinical ordering journeys were clarified, system behaviour made predictable, and performance stabilised across mobile and dashboard interfaces.
The focus was on operational confidence, allowing clinicians to place, track, and manage orders efficiently while ensuring patients received the correct braces without delay.
Operational insight
Operational insight focused on order progression, fulfilment reliability, and system behaviour rather than commercial optimisation. Reporting provided visibility into bottlenecks, delays, and handover points across the ordering lifecycle.
This enabled clinical teams and operational stakeholders to monitor performance, identify issues early, and maintain confidence that the platform could be relied upon as part of routine patient care.
