Talent Marketplace
Continuing and consolidating talent and skills platforms for BT, Lightcast, Catalyst, Business Crowd, Texas Government, and Codecademy following stalled delivery.

Across a series of engagements with BT, Lightcast, Catalyst, Business Crowd, Texas Government, Skill Centre, and Codecademy, we were engaged following asset safeguarding, stalled delivery, or unclear ownership across talent and skills platforms already in active use.
These systems supported recruitment, workforce intelligence, and training at scale. Continuity, data integrity, and dependable operation were essential as responsibility transitioned and delivery needed to continue without disruption.
Situation and context
Many organisations inherited complex digital platforms built on legacy systems, fragmented tooling, or incomplete delivery handovers. In some cases, platforms had reached scale without clear technical ownership. In others, new initiatives lacked a controlled path to production.
The challenge was not innovation, but restoring delivery clarity, ensuring platforms could be operated, extended, and governed with confidence following changes in vendors, teams, or strategic direction.
We assumed delivery responsibility to continue and consolidate platform development across mobile, SaaS, and data-driven systems. Existing builds were taken over, clarified, and progressed without reset, allowing organisations to maintain momentum while restoring control.
User research, testing, and security assurance were applied selectively to support continuity and confidence, ensuring platforms could remain live, secure, and operational as ownership and delivery structures evolved.
Operational insight
Operational insight focused on system behaviour, adoption patterns, and delivery risk rather than optimisation metrics. Reporting supported decision-makers with clear visibility into platform usage, data integrity, and readiness for continued operation.
This allowed organisations to govern talent platforms with confidence, identify issues early, and make informed decisions as systems transitioned between vendors, teams, or phases of delivery.
